Where can I find my Vehicle Identification Number?
Your Brinkley’s 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found on the Federal Certification Label located on the off-door-side (also known as driver’s side) towards the front of your RV. Typically, this label is located in front of the compartment containing the LP tanks.
What are the different types of service campaigns?
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION CAMPAIGNS (CSC): A CSC offers instructions for addressing non-dangerous or non-life-threatening issues or improvements.
TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN (TSB): A TSB outlines a set of recommended repair procedures for non-dangerous or non-life-threatening issues. Brinkley will issue a Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) when one of our suppliers is involved or responsible, but the issue does not meet the parameters for a recall.
RECALL: A recall is a notice that the recreational vehicle has or may have a serious defect that may compromise the safety of the vehicle and should be addressed according to the guidelines within the recall. Recalls are issued for safety-related defects, and non-compliances with Federal motor vehicle safety standards in motor vehicles and items of motor vehicle equipment.
Why aren’t there any service campaigns for my RV?
If the search has completed and displays “No Service Campaigns Found” it means that no service campaigns could be located for your RV at this time. Please allow up to 30 days for our systems to update after service work has been performed. If you recently completed a campaign, it may not yet appear in your vehicle’s history.
How can I get additional information about my RV or service campaigns?
If you have any questions or need additional assistance, you can reach out to our Customer Care team using our contact form, or by calling (574) 401-4280.
Why does it say my VIN is not found?
The Search tool only recognizes official 17-digit VINs issued by Brinkley RV, and can not conduct a search if the VIN is not recognized or not valid. Sometimes letters or numbers get transposed, or a capital letter O is mistaken for a zero. Check that the VIN you entered matches exactly what is displayed on your unit.
