Where can I find my Vehicle Identification Number?

Your Brinkley’s 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) can be found on the Federal Certification Label located on the off-door-side (also known as driver’s side) towards the front of your RV. Typically, this label is located in front of the compartment containing the LP tanks.

When I look up my VIN, I get the response, ‘The specified VIN could not be found.’ what should I do?

Make sure all 17 digits are entered correctly. It’s easy to confuse zeros “0” with the letter “O”. If your VIN isn’t found, it’s likely due to a delay from your dealership. Some dealerships take a few months to submit registrations to Brinkley.

  • Welcome Kits typically ship about a month after we receive your registration.
  • There may be occasional delays due to backorders.
  • It can take up to 6 months after the purchase of your Brinkley and receiving your Welcome Kit.

Who will receive a Brinkley Owner Welcome Kit gift package?

Everyone who purchases a brand new Brinkley RV though a Brinkley approved dealership registered with a US or Canadian physical mailing address. Secondary owners are not eligible.

What is included in the Brinkley Owner’s Welcome Kit Gift Package?

Each Brinkley Owner Welcome Kit gift package will include:

  • 2 – Brinkley Embroidered Hats
  • 1 – Brinkley Keychain
  • 1 – Brinkley Fleece Throw Blanket
  • 1 – $75.00 E-Certificate to the Brinkley Gear Store
  • 1 – Thank You Letter

When will my package ship?

After Brinkley receives your registration from your selling dealer, your package may take up to six months to ship and take up to 10 days for standard UPS delivery. Please note registrations submitted to Brinkey RV from dealerships can range from a few days up to four months after your purchase date.

What should I do if my package shows it was delivered, but I did not receive it?

Your UPS driver will try to leave your package out of plain sight to protect it. Check exterior doors or other places your package could’ve been placed, like the porch, back patio, or garage. Also, check with anyone who may have picked up your package, like a neighbor. If you still can’t find it, please start by checking with UPS first by clicking here.
