Brinkley RV (the “Company”) may provide customers with access to information regarding third-party service providers for the maintenance, service, or repair of their recreational vehicle (“RV”). These service providers may include: (1) the original selling dealership; (2) other authorized dealerships that did not sell the RV; and (3) independent third-party mobile technicians (collectively, “Service Providers”).
Please note that all Service Providers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or affiliates of Brinkley RV. The Company does not control, supervise, or guarantee the work, conduct, or availability of any Service Provider.
Accordingly, Brinkley RV shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, damage, injury, delay, or unsatisfactory workmanship arising out of or in connection with services provided by any Service Provider. Customers are solely responsible for selecting a Service Provider, entering into any service arrangement, and ensuring that the work performed meets their expectations and applicable standards.
Use of any Service Provider is at the customer’s own risk.
