At Brinkley, we love to do things differently, and Meet-Up #003 will be no exception. We’re taking over Fort Lauderdale for a getaway designed to surprise and delight. We can’t reveal everything we have planned and spoil the fun just yet, but know this: it involves major daily excursions, good times with great people, coastal vibes, and plenty of exclusive gear. If you win the lottery, buckle up, because you’re in for a ride you won’t want to miss.

⏰ Lottery Entry Deadline: January 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST

💵 Meet-Up Registration Cost: $850 per Unit/Family (+ tax & processing fees)

1. Be ready at 10 AM EST on May 14 for the Meet-Up registration to open on this page. You’ll need:
   • Your 17-digit VIN
   • Attendees’ names + shirt sizes
   • Form of payment
2. Complete the sign-up using the link below to reserve your tickets for the event.

What’s included in the Meet-Up #003 registration?

• An awesome Brinkley Welcome Bag – complete with exclusive event merch for each of your family members!
• Brinkley Social Hour + Dinner
• Daily Coffee & Light Bites
• Authentic South Florida beach-y activities and excursions – more info to come!
  • We will have 1 major outing planned per day Thursday, Friday and Saturday
  • There will also be several activities that take place on-site at the Campground (think live music, food trucks, etc.)
  • These outings are all included in your registration fee – we welcome people to attend all events hosted!
• Owners’ Q&A with Micah, Ryan, Brinkley Sales Team, and Product Directors!
• Your Yacht Haven Park & Marina campsite lot rental is not included in the Meet-Up registration cost.

⚠️Fair Play Policy: We want to see as many different faces as possible this year! Therefore, please enter the lottery for only ONE event per household/rig. Please Note: Our system audits all entries. If you register for both event lotteries, your entries will be flagged as duplicates, and you will forfeit your chance to attend either event.

After you’ve completed registration:

1. You’ll receive an email confirming that your event tickets have been reserved for 24 hours pending your Firefly site booking.
2. Within 24 hours, call Firefly Resorts at 980-249-3240 to book and pay for your site. Firefly will not accept bookings without a completed event registration.
   • An automatic 10% discount will be applied to your Firefly campsite registration, plus Brinkley will credit you $50.00 off your event registration. Our apologies: this $50 credit is a correction to the previously stated 20% Firefly campsite discount. The combined value is actually greater than the initially stated 20% campsite discount.
3. Firefly will inform Brinkley of your site confirmation, and your registration will be complete!
4. Within a few days, you’ll receive an email with more details.
