Yes. To ensure absolute compatibility and to maintain our brand standards for precise part matching, a valid 17-digit Brinkley VIN is required for all OEM direct requests. This allows our backend team to cross-reference your specific model layout before executing fulfillment.
Yes. We currently ship to Canada, excluding Quebec. International shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Note: Some items may not qualify for expedited shipping due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions.
Shipping rates and delivery times are based on the shipping speed you select and the weight and size of the parts being shipped. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If your order ships in multiple packages, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Address changes are only possible before your order ships. Contact our Customer Care team immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once a shipment is in transit, address changes may not be possible depending on the carrier.

Damaged or defective parts: If a part arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Call our Retail Parts team at (574) 501‑4280, option 1, then option 2, or email RetailParts@BrinkleyRV.com.
When you reach out, please have:
• Sales order number
• Tracking number
• If the part is damaged: photos of the damaged part and all sides of the packaging
We'll review what happened and walk you through the next step, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another option. If a direct replacement isn't available, a member of our team will follow up with you.
Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it isn't there, check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact the carrier directly. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, call our Retail Parts team at (574) 501‑4280, option 1, then option 2, or email RetailParts@BrinkleyRV.com and we'll help get it resolved.
Ask the carrier for proof of delivery (such as a delivery photo or GPS scan). Check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate the package, contact our Retail Parts team at (574) 501‑4280, option 1 or retailparts@brinkleyrv.com right away and we will assist with next steps.
Orders can be delayed due to high seasonal demand, severe weather, carrier issues, address verification problems, or backordered items. We work closely with our carriers to minimize delays and will notify you if we receive a delay update.

Most parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
• Unused & uninstalled
• In resalable condition
• Returned with all original accessories included
Return shipping costs apply. Some items are non-returnable. See the related question and answer below for the full list.
Yes. The following items cannot be returned:
• Electrical components
• LP system/propane parts
• Special-order parts
• Installed parts
• Consumables
• Safety-related items
For defective items after 30 days, returns and exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Clearance and outlet items are final sale.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, contact our Retail Parts team at (574) 501‑4280, option 1, then option 2, or retailparts@brinkleyrv.com and provide the following:
• Sales order number
• Part description and quantity being returned
• Reason for return
• Photo of the part (for damaged items, ensure the damage is clearly visible)
If your return qualifies, we will send you a return label and a Return By Date. Items must be dropped off with the carrier by that date to avoid additional fees.
Yes. Most unused parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in resalable condition, and return shipping costs will apply.
» If the return is due to a Brinkley RV error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover return shipping.
» For all other reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong part, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Your order refund or exchange will still be processed once we receive the item.
Yes. Exchanges are available for most parts. Contact our Retail Parts team at (574) 501‑4280, option 1, then option 2, or email RetailParts@BrinkleyRV.com to confirm availability and arrange your exchange.
• An exchange order will be created at the same shipping speed as your original order.
• The exchange order will not ship until we receive your original item back.
• We recommend shipping your original item as soon as you request an exchange to avoid delays.
• If a direct replacement isn't available, a member of our team will follow up with you.
Most parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For select items, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead.
Refund types:
• Standard: Returned to your original payment method.
• Partial: Issued if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
For orders in foreign currency, refunds are issued in your local currency at the original exchange rate.
Yes. The following guidelines apply to returned items:
Late Fee (20% of item price): Applies if the item is not dropped off with the carrier by the Return By Date. However, if the return is shipped within the 30-day window but dropped off after that date, a credit will still be permitted.
Damage: Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (for reasons not caused by Brinkley RV) are not eligible for credit.
These conditions do not apply when the return is due to a Brinkley RV error.
Some returns may incur a restocking fee of 10–20% of the item price, depending on the item and the reason for return. Restocking fees do not apply when the return is due to a Brinkley RV error.
