This new company and rig (Z 3100) exceeded our expectations and then some… so we decided to buy it from Walnut Ridge in Indiana. The videos (Josh and others) were great, but experiencing it in person was simply amazing.

We took our first long trip in October with our new 2024 Brinkley. We had no issues with it. Everything went smoothly. We are so happy with our Brinkley!

Robert & Amber wanted a residential-quality RV that could hold up to three young kids & that they could tow with their Cybertruck. I own a Brinkley G 3500 that is built to meet the needs of a fulltime RV'er… This is an amazing premium 5th wheel toy hauler!
Every single experience with Brinkley has been phenomenal. The Z 3100 is built with quality and durability from the floors to the cabinets and all the way to the roof. No small detail has been left out, and we love that the owners listen to the customers' ideas. But the best part is the people who are Brinkley.
Their communication with their customers exceeds expectations. Not only is Brinkley a beautiful product/RV, but they are an amazing company that looks out for their people/customers!

We are extremely pleased with the work Brinkley did on our 3610 and want to give a BIG thank you to the entire service team, especially Kelsey Sacha, our service writer. From the beginning, Kelsey was wonderful to work with. She made sure every item on our list was addressed, kept us informed throughout the process, and truly went above and beyond for us. Being several states away from our coach while it was being repaired wasn't easy, so having someone like Kelsey communicating with us and making sure everything was taken care of gave us so much peace of mind.
The service team also went above and beyond. They completed everything we had requested and even did more than we expected.
We also had a FaceTime final walk-through with Kelsey and, I believe, Bob, the technician who joined her. They took the time to go over everything that had been done and answer our questions. That personal touch meant a lot to us, especially since we weren't able to be there in person. We couldn't be happier with the actual repair experience and the way Brinkley handled our coach.
Overall, we are very happy with the work Brinkley performed and especially grateful to Kelsey, Bob, and the entire team for taking such good care of our 3610. Thank you for going above and beyond!
My wife and I did a lot of research before choosing our I235. We love the open concept, interior quality, and modern look. The fit and finish just makes us smile, and the view from inside is amazing when you’re sitting in the woods. We’re super excited to get out to the mountains and enjoy this cozy unit!
After 11 years of researching different models and manufacturers, we feel like we hit the jackpot with our first RV, the Z 3610! Our independent inspector said it was one of the best-looking and well-built RVs he’d seen. At our purchase walkthrough, it was impeccable!
