IN THEIR WORDS

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Robert & Amber H.Model I 294

A family of five on the road in a Brinkley RV Model I 294 bunkhouse travel trailer.

Robert & Amber wanted a residential-quality RV that could hold up to three young kids & that they could tow with their Cybertruck. They chose the Model I 294 for its bunkhouse, the retracting table for game nights & the outdoor speakers that let them hang out while the little ones sleep. They describe a 2,500-mile trip from Phoenix to the Redwoods & how RVing has brought their family closer.

“We’re a family of five. We were looking for something more quality, residential, that could hold up to these little kids.”

“The bunkhouse is really nice… That way the kids have their own area, & we have our own area.”

“It’s just brought our family closer together. Brinkley’s been able to bring that to us & to our family, & we’re so grateful for that.”

“We looked at other brands, & we could tell instantly, just by touching the different features in the kitchen or the bathroom, it was a lot lower quality.”

“If you’re looking for a good experience, Brinkley is the way to go.”

Don & Shirley M.Model Z 3100

I don't know other executives at companies that RV… It shows in the quality and all the little things that we see, including the fit and finish on everything… Also, we don't want to feel like we're in a camper, and this one feels very residential. That's why I'm loving the Brinkley.

Robert & Katie D.Model Z 3600

We love our RV! It's so thoughtfully made: all the fit and finishes, the lighting, the USB ports, the easy-close cabinets, the huge storage, the better tires and axles, and we are obsessed with the bigger bathroom and two sinks. We have had other brands of RV, and my husband is always working on them and fixing things. In our Brinkley, we are just able to enjoy our trip without having to fix and repair and worry about what needs attention. That's a huge relief. Thank you so much for building our dream RV!

Andy F.Model Z 3100

We've toured hundreds of RVs through the years, and this was the first that literally took our breath away. We can't wait to take delivery and then get it out on the road!

Francisco Q.Model Z 3610

After 11 years of researching different models and manufacturers, we feel like we hit the jackpot with our first RV, the Z 3610! Our independent inspector said it was one of the best-looking and well-built RVs he’d seen. At our purchase walkthrough, it was impeccable!

This rig is sleek and sophisticated looking with exceptional craftsmanship, and it was a happy surprise that it was even better in person. I can't say enough about the people at Brinkley, they're fantastic on every level. It's incredible to have the opportunity to meet the owners of this fantastic company and everyone making it happen.

Dan B.

These people are the best!! And the quality and workmanship for a camper is unbelievable. I slightly damaged the front wall in my garage and these people took very good care of fixing this. I can't say enough good things about them.

Kim C.

Over 25,000 miles and we LOVE our rig! Brinkley Customer Care went above and beyond, and the owners’ integrity shows throughout the company. The industry needed Brinkley! Proud to be part of the family.

Kenneth G.

We had wonderful experience at Brinkley Service only made better by our service contact Keri Young. Keri and her team went well beyond our expectations. They did a thorough job and even fixed items we didn't list! Keri even gifted our dog a few gifts. I would not hesitate to recommend Keri and the outstanding customer service provided by Brinkley RV.

R&D HITS THE ROAD

We are living the RV lifestyle alongside you by hitting the road in one of the Model Z prototypes long before production starts. These real-world adventures help us refine our RVs based on our own camping experiences while gathering direct feedback from other campers!

The first prototype of the Model Z, the 3100, took its maiden voyage across the country on a 30-day road trip by, owner and lead product designer, Micah Staley. With his family in tow, he sought out customer feedback by stopping at campgrounds across the country. Micah returned home with over 250 refinements to perfect Model Z’s design, functionality, and durability, and that was just the first of four Model Z prototypes.

We can’t wait to show you the result!
