Dennis compared fifth wheels at the Denver RV show, & the Brinkley Model Z 3100 stood out. He likes the recliners, couch, open kitchen & dinette. He also describes emergency service on his bedroom slide-out & how the Brinkley team went above & beyond to get it working, & says the Flagstaff meet-up was especially well done.
“We compared Brinkley to some of the other product lines out there, & it stood out.”
Best customer service hands down! Well made, built to last, attention to detail, not your average RV! The best value in the RV industry for sure!
First class in everything they do 🙂
Boondocking & national park camping in a Brinkley RV Model Z fifth wheel.
Stan owns a 2025 Model Z 2670, Brinkley’s smallest fifth wheel. At about 30 feet, it fits national forest & national park campsites, & he has added solar & batteries for boondocking. He appreciates how complete the rig is right out of the factory, down to the 65-foot water hose. He compares his experience to friends’ trouble with another brand, praises the meet-up events & thanks the factory team.
“Being only 30 feet in length, we fit into many spaces. We do a lot of boondocking, but also a lot of time in national forest campgrounds & some of our national parks, where a smaller rig is perfect.”
“Just the quality of it, of course, but just how well it is thought through. Just how complete it is.”
“Our friends purchased a new rig from another brand, & I have spent half of my time fixing their rig & none of my time fixing ours. So, thank you, Brinkley.”
“I think the company culture is wonderful, & we just encourage you to keep it up, keep making the great product that you already make.”
Speaking to the Brinkley Meet-Up: “Every time you turn around, you’re providing an event, food, drink, four-wheelers, rodeo. It’s just been phenomenal.”
“All of you back at the factory, the job that you do, we surely appreciate. You’re the unsung heroes that make it all happen.”
Excellent customer service! They worked us into their schedule and resolved our refrigerator issue by replacing it with a new one. Can’t praise the team enough!
Took a tour of the factory and it was a really good experience. It is so cool to see how everything flows and their processes. Bonus for us was we got to see our unit on the factory floor in almost ready to leave condition.
Brinkley addressed every issue on our list, plus several items we hadn’t identified, including product improvements. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and professional. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the process. Kudos to the team.
Well made trailer with a lot of features!
We were thrilled to find Brinkley had taken care of our warranty items and repaired things we didn’t even know needed attention! They kept us completely up to date throughout the process. Spectacular service, above and beyond anything we’ve experienced with other manufacturers. Our fifth wheel is now in perfect condition!
Their communication with their customers exceeds expectations. Not only is Brinkley a beautiful product/RV, but they are an amazing company that looks out for their people/customers!
When my tow rig broke down three hours from the factory, Brinkley had someone on the road to pick up our trailer within 30 minutes. Thank you for making a bad day bearable! The repairs are top notch, and the team found damage we didn’t even know existed. We can’t thank you enough for your craftsmanship and above-and-beyond customer service. Don’t ever change!
These guys are the real deal, worth every penny! We’ve put 6,500 miles on our I275 in three months. It tows like a dream, and everything just works. After 10 years with our previous camper, this is a whole new level of comfort. These guys changed the game!
