IN THEIR WORDS

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

Keith L.Model Z 3100

Love our Z 3100 Brinkley – Highly recommend them to all our friends.

Gregory D.Model Z 3600

I would like to say that I have been very impressed with Brinkley for informing us of all recalls in a timely manner. So far we're extremely happy with our purchase and our experience with our Z 3600.

David & Jeannie J.Model Z 3100

David & Jeannie put their deposit down before the first Model Z 3100 came off the line & bought it after watching videos. Three years into full-time life, they point to the fit & finish, the clean interior details & the caulking. They describe a graduation trip with their grandsons & why the next two grandkids want to make the whole trip in the camper, & they explain why they tell other campers that the people at Brinkley are the best part of owning one.

“My dad was a painting contractor, & I really appreciate the finish of the inside of a house or the inside of an RV. You didn’t see all the staples & the nastiness that comes in most RVs, & the caulking was so beautiful.”

“The most important part about Brinkley is the people that work there. They take care of us. They know our needs. They listen to us.”

Elizabeth U.Model Z

We thought about giving up camping altogether, but decided to look at the Brinkley Model Z to see if it lived up to the hype. It surpassed our expectations! Amazing attention to detail and simply beautiful. We’ve ordered ours and can’t wait to enjoy it. Thank you for your commitment to quality!

Kevin & Jessica H.Model Z 3100

Kevin & Jessica were sold on Brinkley after one of the company’s first YouTube videos. They put down a deposit at the San Diego RV show in early 2023, before they even owned a truck that could tow it, & chose the Model Z 3100 for its washing machine. They walk through the features that cut setup from 30 minutes to 10, the pantry, closet & soft-close drawers, & a trip from California to Florida & back. They also explain why they expect the rig to last for years.

“With our old bumper pull, we’d be ready in half an hour. With Brinkley, we pull in, I press a couple buttons, I pull some things out, & we’re camping in 10 minutes.”

“My favorite features are all on the inside: the huge pantry, a full-size closet with real drawers, the soft-closing drawers, the washing machine.”

“It feels like I’m towing an apartment, a nice apartment. It’s not like I’m towing a camper.”

“I would tell anybody to buy a Brinkley, because the minute you walk in, you can tell it’s just a really well-built RV.”

“If there was an issue, I know that Brinkley stands by anything, & they really do take care of their customers.”

“It feels like it’ll last another 5 to 10 years.”

Believe the hype, Brinkley RV is not just another slice of what the RV Industry has been serving. I couldn't be more impressed with Brinkley.

Rv D.

Brinkley is the best of the best in every possible measurable category. As someone who's spent many years around RVs and RV manufacturers, I'm genuinely impressed by what Brinkley RV has been doing.

Bob N.

Friendly, willing to work through difficult problems, and understanding of full-timers. I felt the team truly wanted to help me. They give great service and obviously care about the Brinkley brand.

Kenneth G.

We had wonderful experience at Brinkley Service only made better by our service contact Keri Young. Keri and her team went well beyond our expectations. They did a thorough job and even fixed items we didn't list! Keri even gifted our dog a few gifts. I would not hesitate to recommend Keri and the outstanding customer service provided by Brinkley RV.

R&D HITS THE ROAD

We are living the RV lifestyle alongside you by hitting the road in one of the Model Z prototypes long before production starts. These real-world adventures help us refine our RVs based on our own camping experiences while gathering direct feedback from other campers!

The first prototype of the Model Z, the 3100, took its maiden voyage across the country on a 30-day road trip by, owner and lead product designer, Micah Staley. With his family in tow, he sought out customer feedback by stopping at campgrounds across the country. Micah returned home with over 250 refinements to perfect Model Z’s design, functionality, and durability, and that was just the first of four Model Z prototypes.

We can’t wait to show you the result!
