Close to 10,000 miles with only minor issues. Best initial quality and customer service so far! They respond right away, and I even got a personal call from a company owner asking how it was going. Things happen, but the huge difference is how they handle it. I wouldn’t recommend or buy anything other than Brinkley!
I’ve been working on RVs for about 17 years, and Brinkley’s attention to detail is some of the best I’ve seen in a long, long time. Overall build quality is excellent. Of the roughly 12 units I’ve worked on, most issues were user error, and the others were components, not Brinkley construction. Glad to see a company building a QUALITY camper!
Brinkley is the best of the best in every possible measurable category. As someone who's spent many years around RVs and RV manufacturers, I'm genuinely impressed by what Brinkley RV has been doing.
Their communication with their customers exceeds expectations. Not only is Brinkley a beautiful product/RV, but they are an amazing company that looks out for their people/customers!
The quality is outstanding, and it is full of little thoughtful things that make RV living so much more fun. Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but the quality and design more than make up for that.
