We'll be full-timers for 5 years this October, starting out with a Grand Design and moving up to our Brinkley at the end of 2024. The service department is amazing, I can't say enough. From shipping parts anywhere, to working with service techs, to feeling important to the Brinkley team. We chose Brinkley because of the quality design and will stay with Brinkley for the service.

As proud G 3970 owners, Brinkley has surpassed our expectations for product and service. They serviced our RV to the highest standard and went a step further by replacing a major exterior component without question. Our investment in Brinkley is matched by their commitment to owners. Thank you, BRINKLEY!

Our 3rd camper and I wish we could've just started with this one. So nice not stressing about what will break on every trip.

Great company! They really take care of their customers. I felt like they went above and beyond when we had to have some service work done.

We haven’t taken our first trip yet, but so far, we’re very impressed with Brinkley’s attention to detail and quality. There’s no such thing as a perfect camper, but you can tell they try really hard to be innovative without cutting corners. We’re happy with our decision!
