Coming from a fifth wheel that spent six of our first ten months at the dealer, Brinkley’s customer service has been second to none. Issues have been minimal, and the option for mobile repairs or having parts shipped so I can fix things myself has been the best part. So far, my experience has been excellent!

We haven’t taken our first trip yet, but so far, we’re very impressed with Brinkley’s attention to detail and quality. There’s no such thing as a perfect camper, but you can tell they try really hard to be innovative without cutting corners. We’re happy with our decision!

Brinkley has been great to work with and the Technician is amazing for any questions or issues that need to be taken care of however small they are. Highly recommend this Unit and we have enjoyed it so much.

We had some kinks to work out in our first year, but Brinkley Customer Care has been wonderful right from the start. While on the road, they helped us find mobile techs, sent parts, and talked us through maintenance issues. Their factory warranty work went above and beyond. When it’s time to upgrade, it will definitely be another Brinkley!
